The Buckle, Inc.’s comparable store net sales for the 4-week period ended July 29 decreased 1.3 percent year-over-year.
Net sales for July decreased 2.6 percent to $95.1 million from net sales of $97.7 million for the prior year.
Comparable store net sales for the 13-week second quarter decreased 3.3 percent. Net sales fell 3.2 percent to $292.4 million compared to net sales of $302.0 million for the prior year.
Comparable store net sales year-to-date for the 26-week period decreased 6.3 percent. Net sales declined 5.9 percent to $575.3 million compared to net sales of $611.0 million for the prior year.
